Refund Policy

Because of the custom nature of our printing and product fulfillment processes, we CANNOT offer refunds once an order has been submitted into our system. It is the customer's sole responsibility confirm the selection, quantity and sizing of desired products prior to submitting your order.  Once payment processing is confirmed, all sales are FINAL. Be sure to make careful use of the SIZING CHARTS provided when selecting apparel products. We fulfill orders automatically from our website, therefore, there is no opportunity to verify the accuracy of your order prior to it being printed or fulfilled. Your order will ship exactly as the line items appear on your order confirmation.

We will gladly arrange for exchange on items that are, upon receipt, found to be defective or not matching the selection/quantity/size listed on customer's order confirmation. To be eligible for exchange, customer must notify our customer service with pictures via email (info@vblydesigns.com) within 24 hours of delivery.  We will provide customer the required shipping label for return at our expense. Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition received with the original packaging.

Please do not return merchandise without contacting customer service first. Returns shipped by any method other than using the pre-addressed, prepaid shipping label we provide will not be honored for exchange, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will arrange shipment of the appropriate item that was ordered.
